Position Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Analyst to join our team and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for specialized positions.

The primary focus of this role will be recruiting qualified candidates for Evaluation Specialist and Immigration Paralegal Agent positions.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, results-oriented, and confident communicating and conducting interviews in English.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing to candidate selection.

  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, ATS platforms, and other recruitment channels.

  • Review resumes and screen candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial interviews and candidate assessments in English.

  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

  • Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.

  • Maintain accurate candidate information and recruitment pipelines.

  • Present qualified candidates to hiring managers.

  • Manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.

  • Ensure a professional and positive candidate experience.

Positions to Recruit

Evaluation Specialists
Recruit and screen candidates based on the required professional, analytical, communication, and English-language skills.

Immigration Paralegal Agents
Recruit and screen candidates based on relevant experience, organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and English proficiency.

Requirements

  • Must currently reside in Cali or Bogotá, Colombia.

  • Experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing.

  • Experience managing full-cycle recruitment processes.

  • Advanced/Fluent English (B2+/C1 or higher).

  • Strong interviewing, sourcing, and candidate assessment skills.

  • Experience using LinkedIn and recruitment platforms.

  • Excellent organization and time-management skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a 100% remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience recruiting English-speaking professionals.

  • Experience recruiting for legal, immigration, administrative, or specialized positions.

  • Familiarity with ATS platforms and recruitment metrics.
