Marketing & Lead Generation Analyst
General Description
Support the planning, execution, measurement, and optimization of marketing initiatives focused on brand positioning, product development, digital growth, lead generation, and sales support. This role combines marketing analysis, campaign coordination, reporting, CRM tracking, and performance insights to help the company attract qualified prospects, improve campaign results, and support strategic decision-making.
The Marketing Analyst will continue to develop reports, dashboards, and KPI tracking, but with a stronger focus on marketing performance, digital campaigns, audience insights, lead generation, and the effectiveness of marketing actions across channels.
Education
Professional degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
Minimum of two years of experience in marketing analytics, digital marketing, campaign coordination, lead generation, CRM reporting, business intelligence, or related roles.
Knowledge of
Certifications in Google Analytics, digital marketing, CRM platforms, email marketing, Power BI, Microsoft Excel, or data analysis are preferred but not required.
Skill to
Ability to analyze marketing data, create and evaluate campaign, identify trends and opportunities, create dashboards and reports, support digital campaigns, manage marketing databases, and translate insights into actionable recommendations that improve lead generation and business results.
Ability to
Ability to manage multiple priorities, work with cross-functional teams, communicate findings clearly, support campaign execution, maintain accurate information, meet deadlines, and contribute to marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and qualified lead generation.
Dutiles And Responsibilities
1. Marketing Campaign Support and Execution
Support the planning, coordination, launch, and follow-up of marketing campaigns across digital, email, social media, events, partnerships, and paid media channels. Assist in organizing campaign assets, timelines, audiences, messages, and performance tracking.
2. Lead Generation and CRM Support
Monitor marketing-generated leads, campaign sources, form submissions, landing page performance, and lead quality. Support CRM updates, lead tracking, segmentation, and coordination with Sales to improve visibility into the marketing-to-sales funnel.
3. Marketing Strategy and Campaign Management
Support the planning, execution, and evaluation of digital marketing, email, event, communication, and lead-generation campaigns. Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements to increase effectiveness and business results. Manage relations with partner associations.
4. Budget Control and Cross-Functional Coordination
Monitor the Marketing Department budget, track expenses, identify cost-optimization opportunities, and coordinate information with Marketing, Finance, Sales, and other departments. Promote innovation and continuous process improvement.
5. Reporting, Dashboards, and Marketing Insights
Prepare recurring marketing reports, dashboards, and executive summaries focused on campaign results, lead generation, digital performance, social media, website activity, budget usage, and key marketing KPIs. Translate data into clear insights and recommendations.
7. Market and Competitor Research
Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, customer segments, digital channels, pricing benchmarks, and market opportunities to support marketing strategy and campaign planning.
