We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team and manage and execute key employee lifecycle processes, from talent acquisition through offboarding, ensuring a positive employee experience while maintaining compliance with internal policies and applicable labor regulations.
This role combines both strategic and operational responsibilities, partnering with leaders and employees, driving culture, well-being, and organizational development initiatives, and ensuring the effective administration of HR processes while delivering solutions aligned with organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment and selection processes across multiple business areas.
Develop and update job descriptions, job postings, and talent attraction strategies.
Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and coordinate recruitment processes with hiring managers.
Track recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, sourcing effectiveness, and candidate experience.
Coordinate hiring processes, including employment documentation, onboarding paperwork, and employee registration.
Manage onboarding processes to ensure the successful integration of new employees.
Administer employee records and HR processes, including internal transfers, vacations, sick leave, and other employment-related activities.
Support payroll and benefits administration by ensuring accurate HR information.
Provide guidance and support to managers and employees regarding HR policies and procedures.
Assist in handling employee relations matters, complex workplace situations, and disciplinary processes in compliance with Colombian labor law.
Participate in initiatives aimed at strengthening internal communication and employee engagement.
Support the implementation of employee well-being, organizational climate, and corporate culture initiatives.
Assist in performance management processes, goal tracking, and employee development plans.
Prepare HR reports, metrics, and dashboards.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and HR standards.
Stay current on changes in labor legislation and HR best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources in a generalist role.
Proven experience in recruitment and selection, hiring, employee relations, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Solid knowledge of Colombian labor law.
Experience partnering with managers and supporting cross-functional teams.
Strong analytical skills with experience preparing HR reports and metrics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).
Strong customer service orientation, excellent communication skills, organizational abilities, and the capacity to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
English proficiency: B2–C1 (Upper-Intermediate to Advanced).
