Position Requirements
- Previous experience in Account Management or Project Management.
- C1 English Level.
- Previous experience as an Account Manager (desired) or relevant experience.
- Telco knowledge.
- Strong multitasking skills.
- Highly organized.
- Ability to work under minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand and manage properties from end to end.
- Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects.
- Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements.
- Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives.
- Build strong client relationships to ensure brand and project success.
- Create a positive client experience by coordinating with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to deliver effective solutions.
- Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
- Monitor and manage project performance.
- Oversee the development of new client relationships.
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives.
- Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
- Prepare account status reports.
- Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Effectively navigate the company's systems and tools to provide clients with solutions, quotations, packages, sales, and related services.
- Prepare agendas for each client call, conduct productive meetings, and identify opportunities during every business interaction.
- Engage internal resources and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
