Position Requirements

  • Previous experience in Account Management or Project Management.
  • C1 English Level.
  • Previous experience as an Account Manager (desired) or relevant experience.
  • Telco knowledge.
  • Strong multitasking skills.
  • Highly organized.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Understand and manage properties from end to end.
  • Plan, execute, and manage client accounts and projects.
  • Collaborate with clients to determine product or service requirements.
  • Develop project plans to meet client goals and objectives.
  • Build strong client relationships to ensure brand and project success.
  • Create a positive client experience by coordinating with the Marketing and Customer Service teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Provide regular updates, respond to inquiries, and address client concerns in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate and facilitate regular client meetings.
  • Monitor and manage project performance.
  • Oversee the development of new client relationships.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all client account management matters.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions in accordance with client needs and objectives.
  • Develop new business opportunities with existing clients and/or identify areas for improvement to achieve sales targets.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g., quarterly sales results and annual forecasts).
  • Prepare account status reports.
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to identify and grow opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Effectively navigate the company's systems and tools to provide clients with solutions, quotations, packages, sales, and related services.
  • Prepare agendas for each client call, conduct productive meetings, and identify opportunities during every business interaction.
  • Engage internal resources and support staff to deliver an exceptional client experience.
