In this role, you will contact prospective clients who have expressed interest in legal assistance related to employment law and/or workers' compensation cases in California. Your primary responsibility will be to assess each case for eligibility, address client questions and concerns, explain the legal process, and guide qualified clients through the retainer agreement signing process.
Once the retainer agreement has been signed, clients will complete the intake form independently through a secure online link. If a client requires assistance during the intake process, you will transfer the call to an Intake Specialist.

Send the secure intake link after the retainer has been signed and explain the next steps.
Transfer clients to an Intake Specialist when assistance with the intake form is needed.
Accurately document call outcomes and client information in the CRM system.
Maintain professionalism, empathy, and compliance throughout all client interactions.
