Cali (with ability to support U.S.-based projects)
Oversee daily service assurance and operational performance of Celerity’s fiber backbone and managed WiFi services, ensuring SLA compliance and network stability.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead Service Desk (L1), NOC (L2) and Field Operations (L3).
· Ensure SLA compliance and service KPIs.
· Manage incident, problem and change processes.
· Oversee network monitoring and performance optimization.
· Coordinate vendor and property-level technical alignment.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications or related field.
· 8+ years of telecom/network operations experience.
· Experience in NOC environments and monitoring platforms.
· Strong expertise in fiber backbone, GPON and managed WiFi ecosystems.
· Proven leadership managing cross-functional teams.
Language Requirements
English: C1 Mandatory (Professional/Fluent).
